RJ70, 22RE, G52 getriebe

hallo all,

Very sorry for English, but I have a Swiss RJ70, 22RE. Reverse gear pops out when loaded and I changed the gear lever parts and there was no major change.
Has anyone had such an issue? What might cause it?
Does anyone have a spare gearbox, the plate in the engine bay says it's G52.
Toyota does not produce all the internal parts, just to make my store more miserable.
